INTERNATIONAL SCOUTING PROGRAM
Empoli F.C. informs to have created in association with Italian Soccer Management a brand new International Scouting Program to be offered to athetes up to 18 years old.
HOW TO ENTER THE INTERNATIONAL SCOUTING PROGRAM
1° STEP
Italian Soccer Management will launch several "Technical Selection/Trial" worldwide to be conducted at the clubs soccer agencies affiliated to the International Scouting Program.
2° STEP
At least 2 players selected during 1° STEP will be invited to the "National Technical Selection" to be held each June at the 2 main Soccer Development Centres in Italy (Perugia and Empoli).
3° STEP
Those athletes who go over the 2° STEP will be offered two option:
- Attend the Talent Identification Program at the Soccer Development Centre in Perugia. This Program aims to prepare gradually the athletes to a professional career, enhancing their technical and tactical skills.
- Take part to Empoli's F.C. youth teams to play at a professional level.
Empoli Soccer Academy is currently seeking Coaches (as local Delegate), Clubs and Soccer Agecies (where to locate the Technical Selections) to represent and to cooperate with the Academy on the development of the International Scouting Program. Partnering on this project will represent a unique opportunity to all Coaches to improve and update their Coaching methods. Additionally, a new opportunity will be offered to soccer agents interested in placing their young talents.
