International Soccer Affiliate Program
Ascoli Soccer Academy was born with the goal to facilitate the collaboration of professional football teams with semiprofessional and amateur clubs.
The program of affiliation provided by Ascoli Soccer Academy aim at supplying the right technical assistance to both national or international amateur teams that intend to communicate with professional teams.
Professional teams usually are not able to stay in touch with hundreds of amateurs football teams that despite their category can host very talented young players.
Ascoli Soccer Academy, throughout its staff, covers the whole national territory representing a big chance for all good players to be selected by professional managers and coaches.
The same attention provided to football players is also given to the team’s management and staff with sport management courses and Soccer coaching course.
Ascoli Academy’s technical organization works with affiliate partners focusing on various aspects:
- Tactical and technical contents and trainings details
- day soccer schedule planning
- communication on the game
- sport education and self-behaviour
- individual technical skill development
Twice a year (usually on November and March) Ascoli Soccer Academy managers and coaches go to the facilities of the affiliates and check their players, enhancing the possibility of identifying young talent that could be inserted in a professional youth soccer club.
Ascoli Soccer Academy offers to its affiliates:
- The possibility to attend some in-home training sessions with our professional staff who checks that training methods are the ones suggested by Italian Football Academy
- The official tactical and technical program of trainings which is set every year
- Invitations for coaches and management to attend new soccer courses
- Monitoring players improvements
- The chance to benefit of Ascoli Soccer Academy’s agreements with sport equipment and teamwear and access to highest discounts.
- Assistance on the promotion and organization of soccer training camps,soccer schools, soccer tryouts and soccer tournaments
