Year Long Soccer Course - Elite Programme
Thanks to a ten-yearly experience in organizing events all over the world such as Soccer Camps, Tournaments and Tryouts, this year Ascoli Soccer Academy decided to expand abroad its most important and intensive programme that organizes in Italy the Year Long Soccer Course.
From the beginning the main goal of Ascoli Soccer Academy has always been the one to give the possibility to all soccer players of being trained and checked by UEFA qualified Coaches.
That’s why Ascoli Soccer Academy has created different programmes which allow foreigner players to come to Italy to train with professional coaches and to learn the italian soccer methodology. Since 1998, the year in wich the Year Long Soccer Course was born, hundreds of players from all over the world attended the event enhancing their technical and tactical soccer skill. Unfortunatly sometimes we couldn’t accept all the requests coming from abroad, both because we can’t accept more than 20 players yearly also due to different bureaucratic proceedings to get Visa and permit of stay that in some Country are very difficult to obtain and sometimes they prevent the player from coming to Italy for a long period.
There of this year Ascoli Soccer Academy decided to organize abroad the Year Long Soccer Course in Nation as England, Spain, China, Australia, USA and Canada. All the players registered to this programme will have the opportunity to train into their own country under the guidance of well known coaches that are accurately selected by Ascoli Soccer Academy.
The programme will be just alike the one developed in Italy, the coaches will follow the technical programme provided yearly by Ascoli Soccer Academy technical staff. Players will train 5 times a week for 2 or 3 hours per day.
The Year Long Soccer Course is open not only to the players residing in the organizer country but to all players who want to spend 9 months in a different country to play soccer and to learn a new language and culture.
Elite provides 2 different kinds of programmes:
- the players coming from abroad or from a different city will be provided with room and board, transportation and registration to a pubblic Institution (High School or University);
- the players residing close to the sport facilities can choose if to get registered only to the soccer programme;
Ascoli Soccer Academy will provide all players with a training kit.
During the Elite Programme, an Ascoli Soccer Academy coach coming from Italy, will get the location three times per year in order to check the development of the program and the players.
At the end of the course all partecipants to the Elite Programme will come to Italy in order to attend an Official Tryout for Professional Italian Teams, enhancing the possibility of identifying young talent that could be inserted in a professional youth sector team.
Ascoli Soccer Academy will bear all the expenses for the trip and the tryout.
